Speaker mics generally use two sizes of jack for earphone kits.  One is 3.5mm (1/8") and the other is 2.5mm (3/32").  OTTO Manufactures earphone kits in both of these sizes with either a right-angle or straight plug to accommodate user preferences.

NRR is the Noise Reduction Rating for headsets and describes how much hearing protection a headset provides to the user.  The higher the NRR (measured in decibels), the more protection a headset provides.  For instance, a headset with a 24dB NRR reduces external noise by 24dB.  OTTO headsets are measured by an independent facility to assure accuracy of NRR ratings.  

OSHA requirements are based on noise exposure levels in the workplace, not on hearing protection performance.  For instance, if exposure guidelines are 85dB or below for a given environment, then a 24dB headset will provide adequate protection for up to 109dB of noise.  

OTTO product warranties vary depending upon the product purchased.  To determine whether your product is still within the warranty period, determine when it was manufactured using the date code stamped on the product then consult the following list to determine the length of coverage.  

OTTO date codes are four-digit numbers.  The first two digits indicate the year in which it was manufactured and the second two digits indicate the week.  For example, 1704 indicates the product was manufactured int he 4th week of 2017.
